Sumario:This article discusses how the course "Penal Professional Practice", from Mar del Plata's Universidad Atlantida Law School curriculum (fourth year), has been planned. The course, taught in most Argentinian Law Schools, don't follow the typical scheme and concentrates more on practice itself, with related theoretical information being treated in previous courses. Because of this approach, throughout planning a number of specific questions about the manner of structuring the teaching process arose: such process should be around didactic activities more related to "being an attorney" than with specific theoretical contents of the matter. Thus, it is necessary to plan the course by allowing a knowhow data, and not only the usual knowledge in the way is imparted in other academic institutions. This article proposes to think of a plan taking into account what goals were listed in an already given institutional framework, what kind of knowledge is evaluated in these courses and the complexity this set of relationships shows.
