Sumario:In this article a set of observations of the authors about legal education will be presented, and more specifically in relation to the teaching of Criminal Procedure. It will find its support on the years gone by as law students, now advanced, as well as the time dedicated to the work of teacher's assistants in the subject already mentioned. After a brief theoretical route illustrative of the current state of legal education, it will proceed to explain the reflections which have arrived through accounts of educational experiences, advice, opinions, etc. Moreover, the objective of this work is also supporting the transition towards the educational paradigm of active class in Law Faculties.
