Sumario:This study focuses on the incorporation of Literature for teaching Law within the daily classroom routine. Literary narrative is incorporated into prevailing models of legal education either as an illustration or didactic resource. In general, Literature is considered a "resource" that can be a trigger for a teaching situation. Once used, it usually is discarded or still might be brought back up only for purposes of illustration. In this work I intend to explore to what extent the didactic use of Literature contributes to consolidate it as a "resource" or tool of "exemplification" through which a certain scientific or juridical theorizing is developed as well as deprive it of its context and, thus, of its critical potentiality.
