Active listening, effective communication, team spirit and empathy are crucial. In the future, social distancing, face-masks, hand hygiene, shall be the new norm. We will have to create a secure workplace according to the new parameters, which entail numerous changes: new rules, habits and recommendations. Buenos Aires, Argentina López Aufranc, Patricia 2020 Dossier "Pensando el Covid y los derechos". -- Estamos inmersos en un experimento global de teletrabajo forzado en condiciones difíciles, compartiendo el ámbito con otros miembros de la familia en iguales circunstancias y sumando las responsabilidades propias del cuidado de la familia. Los desafíos del teletrabajo son: encontrar un lugar adecuado para desarrollarlo, elegir las herramientas tecnológicas, establecer parámetros de seguridad informática, respetar la confidencialidad, organizar el trabajo, motivar los equipos y mantener una comunicación fluida. La escucha activa, la comunicación efectiva, el espíritu de equipo y la empatía son cruciales. En el futuro, el distanciamiento social, los barbijos, la higiene de manos será la nueva norma. Habrá que crear un lugar de trabajo seguro según los nuevos parámetros, lo que ocasionará muchos cambios: nuevas reglas, hábitos y recomendaciones.
