| Sumario: | This article seeks to share some reflections and proposals for action within the framework of legal training based on an analytical and reflexive didactics (Mastache and Devetac, 2016b). General Didactics is the first subject of the area in the Faculty of Legal Sciences, so it is the first approach to theories of teaching. Our central purpose is the initial or basic training for the exercise of the professional teaching role at the middle and higher levels in subjects related to both law and citizen education, including the development of the knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes considered necessary for the exercise of the role. First, we will present our position on training and education in general, and on legal training in particular: the different perspectives on legal sciences (Gordon, 2004; Witker, 1987), on curricular proposals for the training of professionals (Casey, 2014, Zaikoski, 2015) and on teaching and assessment in these spaces (Abdelnour Granado, 2014). We will try to interpellate (theoretically and practically) the main didactic categories thinking about the competencies required for teaching in the legal sciences. We hope to contribute to the debate on legal training and its didactic approaches. |
