To fix it, it is necessary to introduce teaching methods that will make it possible to enhance their level of motivation, and among them are particularly effective those which have a direct impact on assessment. The present working paper seeks to analyse the technique of "One Minute Paper", which is based on the assessment. It has been implemented during the 2016/2017 school year with first-year students of the Law and Business Administration Programme of the University of Zaragoza and, in particular, in the subject of "Civil Law: Person and Property". Every class has begun with the professor's lesson and, when only minutes left to the end, students have been given a questionnaire of five questions relating to the basic concepts that were viewed during class. Finally, next class, the professor has provided them an almost immediate feedback, sharing and discussing with students the results obtained. In view of the results, it is clear that the implementation of this technique has favoured a meaningful learning of students, increasing their level of motivation and facilitating a greater interaction between professor and student.
