To this end, we will analyze the study programs of the two subjects, teachers will be interviewed to inquire about the contents effectively taught in the classrooms and we will look at the bibliography used in each subject. The purpose of this analysis will be to know a) the topics that are being worked on and if they are addressed from a gender perspective, b) the missing topics and which should necessarily be in the particular subject. Finally, it will reflected on the need to have a gender perspective in the training of lawyers and on possible ways to strengthen it. In this way, the hypothesis that will guide this research is the following: "Although there have been notable advances in teaching from a gender perspective UBA Law School, these should be strengthened in others stages of the career". Buenos Aires, Argentina Argentina González, Agostina Daniela 2018 En este trabajo se indagará acerca de la situación de la incorporación de la perspectiva de género en las materias específicas del Ciclo Básico Común de la carrera de Abogacía de la Facultad de Derecho de la UBA: Principios Generales del Derecho Latinoamericano y Principios de Derechos Humanos y Derecho Constitucional. Para ello, se analizarán los programas de estudio de las comisiones que conforman las dos materias estudiadas, se entrevistarán a docentes para indagar acerca de los contenidos efectivamente enseñados en las aulas y se considerará la bibliografía utilizada en cada materia. El fin de este análisis será conocer: a) los temas que se trabajan y si los mismos se abordan desde una perspectiva de género; b) los temas ausentes y que necesariamente deberían estar en la materia en particular. Finalmente, se reflexionará sobre la necesidad de contar con perspectiva de género en la formación de abogadas/os y sobre las posibles maneras de robustecer la misma.
