It is based on the conviction that teaching must be aimed at acquiring knowledge and skills of the legal profession. Moreover, these knowledge and skills can be acquired in many different ways, not only in class or alone. The intention is to leave the traditional approach behind, in which the teacher is the protagonist of the class, someone who speaks to the audience but generally ends up talking to themselves. A teacher that is in front of students who attend classes only because of feeling under the pressure of different control techniques, such as exams or calling the roll. What is being proposed instead is to move towards a model of a teacher who teaches making the student the protagonist. The students are not just students, they are learning, and the teacher is more than a reader, they are mentors, experts. This presentation begins with a brief description of the usual method (I.), its advantages and disadvantages. It then proposes another model, centered on the teacher (II.), which translates into a series of actions in the classroom (III.) to organize the way of teaching. Navarra, España Jurisdiccion internacional Sánchez-Ostiz, Pablo 2018 El objeto de esta nota técnica es ofrecer una reflexión sobre la actividad docente en un nivel propio de maestría -máster- orientado a la práctica del Derecho. Se parte del convencimiento de que la docencia ha de estar orientada a la adquisición de conocimientos y habilidades propias de la profesión del jurista. A la vez, que esas competencias y habilidades pueden adquirirse de muy variados modos: no sólo en la clase, ni tampoco en solitario. Es más, se trata de romper el esquema mental del modelo de clase con profesor protagonista (que habla para el público, aunque a menudo para sí mismo) frente a un alumnado pasivo (que asiste bajo la presión de diversas técnicas de control como el examen o pasar lista). Se propone en cambio transitar hacia un modelo de profesor que enseña haciendo que el alumno sea protagonista de su aprendizaje: no son ya alumnos sino estudiantes (d'Ors), y el profesor no es tanto un lector, cuanto un mentor: a fin de cuentas, un maestro. Esta exposición comienza con una somera descripción del método habitual (I.), sus ventajas e inconvenientes. Pasa luego a proponer otro modelo, centrado en el maestro (II.), que se traduce en una serie de acciones en el aula (III.) para organizar la docencia.
