description	This article describes the teaching of family Law, childhood and adolescence with a focus to gender from an approach that shows tuning with a constitutional and conventional view in the internal system. In this framework, it will be explain the teaching of the discipline, with should begin from a place not only limited to the normative system, doctrine and jurisprudential, but it should be approached from a projection with allows to rescue the different marks of living in a family, and continuous changes that happen in the social reality. From this imprint, it is defined where to begin the approach to gender issues, taking into account a proper format of the required contents from a presentation of the object and ends of the discipline, in order to advance later to the explanation of transversal issues. With this perspective and before the description of the teaching process dynamic, stands out the importance of installing a gender focus with a preventive look. The study is completed with the analysis of the inclusive language and the projection of gender issues at different family Law, childhood and adolescence institutions. As a closing the study is complemented by a life story that signifies the teaching of this topic on this focus perspective.

Rosario, Argentina Argentina Krasnow, Adriana Noemí 2019 Este artículo describe la enseñanza del Derecho de las familias, infancia y adolescencia con enfoque de género, desde un abordaje que guarda sintonía con la visión constitucional y convencional en la que se inscribe el sistema de fuentes interno. En este marco, se explica que la enseñanza de la disciplina debe encauzarse desde un lugar que no se limite al estudio del plexo normativo, doctrinal y jurisprudencial; sino que debe abordarse con una proyección que permita rescatar las huellas que en las distintas formas de vivir en familia, dejan los cambios continuos que se suceden en la realidad social. Con esta impronta, se define el cómo empezar el abordaje de las cuestiones de género, advirtiendo que una diagramación adecuada de los contenidos exige partir de una presentación del objeto y fines de la disciplina, para después avanzar en la explicación de los temas transversales. Con esta perspectiva y previo a la descripción de la dinámica del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, se destaca la importancia de instalar el enfoque de género con mirada preventiva. Se completa el estudio con un análisis del lenguaje inclusivo y cómo se proyectan las cuestiones de género en los institutos del Derecho de las familias, infancia y adolescencia.
