| Sumario: | The article is divided in two different but interconnected parts. In the first one, the author addresses the main iniciatives that have been carried out at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru to incorporate the gender perspective, with special emphasis on the courses and activities of the Faculty of Law. In the second part, regarding legal education, she recalls that according to the post-positivist conception, Law incorporates constitutional principles, and in doing so allows it to be an instrument to do justice. Hence, she defends that the gender perspective must be part of the justifying legal reasoning to reach fair solutions. |
