The advantages that come along with these technologies are undeniable, as well as the vulnerability caused by inadequate regulations, both for individuals and for the countries. So the purpose of these lines is to promote the debate in order to achieve an efficient regulation that protects both consumers and investors, but mainly that will help prevent the financing of terrorism and money laundering, among other criminal activities that can take advantage of these technologies. Son innegables las ventajas que traen aparejadas, así como también la vulnerabilidad que implica una mala regulación, tanto para los particulares como para los Estados.
