| Sumario: | Too much has been written, and is debated yet, on which it is the profile, the training, the capacity and the technical and personal characteristics more adapted for a justice of a Constitutional Court or of a Supreme Court with power for judicial review. It is a topic for a Justice that will have to confront challenges, conflicts, pressures and situations that are beyond of the complex circumstances that surround the jurisdictional function and that the judges must solve normally with neutrality and impartiality. The constitutional justice must have the capacity and knowledge to be inserted effectively in the state scheme of executive and legislative branch of government decisions process, in addition, the need to see with forecast the social consequences of the decisions articulating them with the constitutional system and law. |
