The constitutional justice must have the capacity and knowledge to be inserted effectively in the state scheme of executive and legislative branch of government decisions process, in addition, the need to see with forecast the social consequences of the decisions articulating them with the constitutional system and law. Se trata de un juez que deberá afrontar desafíos, conflictos, presiones y situaciones que están más allá de las ya, por sí, complejas circunstancias que rodean la función jurisdiccional y que deben enfrentar normalmente los jueces en ejercicio de su función de impartir justicia, resolviendo conflictos con neutralidad e imparcialidad.
