| Sumario: | This article seeks to analyze the sexual and reproductive rights in light of bioethics, to go over the actual regulation on the subject matter and, therefore analyze the voluntary interruption of pregnancy, its relation to the bioethic principles and the consequences of the penalization of abortion. Finally, different theories will be analyzed regarding the legal nature of the fetus, and the law proposal concerning the IVE (Voluntary Interruption of Pregnancy) presented on behalf of the National Campaign for the Right to Legal, Safe and Free Abortion will be confronted with the principles of autonomy, benevolence and justice. |
