El artículo pretende analizar los derechos sexuales y reproductivos a la luz de la bioética, realizar un recorrido por la normativa actual en la materia y, consecuentemente, examinar la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo, su relación con los principios bioéticos y las consecuencias de la penalización del aborto.
