Under this guiding normative framework, the present work aims to analyze the regime of the family home protection prescribed in the domestic partnership legal regimen in the Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Republic. En ese orden, bajo el principio de protección integral de la familia es necesario el establecimiento de medidas regulatorias mínimas para asegurar el ejercicio pleno del derecho a la igualdad de los convivientes, al mismo tiempo de reconocerse el derecho a no casarse como manifestación de autonomía personal.
