Sumario:This article presents the adaptation process of the course “Bibliographic Research Techniques” to be offered in virtual mode during the first cycle 2020 as a result of the pandemic caused by Covid-19. This is a course for first-year Library and Information Sciences students that is usually offered in person. Firstly, a recognition of the characteristics, context and possibilities of the participating students was made, later the didactic strategies developed by the teacher were designed and evaluated. Successful results are presented that can be kept in the course or even replicated in others in a face-to-face course.
