Pese a las pocas aclaraciones que Aristóteles hace sobre su alcance semántico, cobra una importancia capital para comprender sus observaciones sobre el arte. Una nueva publicación, a cargo de Viviana Suñol, se suma a los aportes e investigaciones que, en los últimos años, intentan mostrar que, más allá o más acá del arte, la mímesis ha encontrado nuevos escenarios para confirmar su actualidad.
