Sumario:This article deals with the importance of the principles and concepts of the musical universe for the actor's training, in particular concerning its vocal potentiality. This study derives from my doctoral thesis, in which I develop the concept of polyphonic action. It is also inserted in the investigation that I have been developing for fifteen years, dedicated to the systematization of a pedagogical strategy for the education of those principles and concepts; that's why I try to look for resources that are linked to the theatrical thought. This article focuses the question of the musical quality of the voice for the scenic creation. On this matter, the proposals of Silvia Davini and Francesca Della Monica stand out.
