| Sumario: | In the last thirty years, the northern coastal corridor has changed widely due to the emergence of new real estate products. These processes of territorial transformation gave rise to a series of social resistances from those who historically inhabited this riverside. We hold that these resistance processes are a learning scenario to promote regulation instruments that facilitate the incorporation of various social actors in the planning processes. In this sense, the purpose of this work is to understand the transformation capacity of these resistances, analyzing the arguments to which they appealed and the mechanisms that were formed around them. For this purpose, the resistance that arose around six products are analyzed in particular as specific situations in which we find recurrences in relation to the arguments and mechanisms deployed. |
