The theater of Vargas, head of the Teatro Línea de Sombra company, represents one of the most influential visions in today's Mexican scene.  El presente texto constituye un acercamiento al trabajo de uno de los más interesantes directores del teatro mexicano actual, Jorge Arturo Vargas, recorriendo distintos momentos de su carrera desde sus inicios, basados en una visión del teatro del cuerpo influenciada esencialmente por Étienne Decroux, hasta sus más recientes innovaciones entre trabajo escénico y arte instalación en lugares públicos.
