Public policy around the earthquake led to the social struggle that the affected population undertook, who during their mobilizations built a language of protest to communicate their position and perspective in response to the Reconstruction Program proposed by the Government of Mexico City. En este artículo se presenta la etnografía del proceso político ocurrido en el marco de la emergencia humanitaria y la movilización social, mediado por el sismo ocurrido el 19 de septiembre de 2017 en México. La política pública en torno al terremoto propició la lucha popular que emprendió la población afectada, quienes durante sus movilizaciones construyeron un lenguaje de la protesta para comunicar su posición y perspectiva frente al Programa para la Reconstrucción propuesto por el Gobierno de la Ciudad de México. Este artigo apresenta a etnografia do processo político que ocorreu no âmbito da emergência humanitária e da mobilização social, mediada pelo terremoto ocorrido em 19 de setembro de 2017 no México.
