This particular activity has a double responsibility, on the one hand it must be sustainable and on the other hand it must assure food security. En este trabajo se hace referencia a los impactos ambientales que produce la actividad agrícola y su exteriorización a través de la Contabilidad Social y Ambiental. Se analizaron las propuestas del Pacto Global de Naciones Unidas y la del Global Reporting por tener alto apoyo entre las organizaciones empresariales. Si bien estos informes representan un avance dejan de lado impactos concretos.
