In this paper we will analyze the connotation of those references to the Jews that –although limited–  are present in both texts. Al leer el De Natura Rerum y del De ortu et obitu patrum, notamos que no aparece ninguna referencia que anticipe la existencia de alusiones específicas a los judíos en esas obras, lo cual podría deberse a dos razones: al desinterés o a otras preferencias temporales del autor.
