In this article we ask how the nursing career is configured as a future project for popular class women who finished their studies within the framework of the FinEs2 Plan. In methodological terms, we take up again an empirical corpus built in a research developed in two popular districts of the city of La Plata during the years 2013-2020. From an ethnographic approach we analyzed records of participant observations in different neighborhood spaces and in-depth interviews with female students. We supported the need to problematize the linearity of the links between education and work, incorporating the analysis of the articulation of different dimensions that mediate and intervene in the processes of project configuration. Finally, we argued that in the FinEs2 graduates the representations about the future were linked to different spheres of life where nursing appears as an opportunity to broaden the horizon of the possible. |

En este artículo nos preguntamos cómo la carrera de Enfermería se configura como proyecto para mujeres de clases populares que finalizaron sus estudios en el marco del Plan FinEs2. En términos metodológicos, retomamos un corpus empírico construido en una investigación desarrollada en dos barrios populares de la ciudad de La Plata durante los años 2013-2020. Desde un enfoque etnográfico analizamos registros de observaciones participantes en distintos espacios barriales y entrevistas en profundidad a estudiantes mujeres. Planteamos la necesidad de problematizar la linealidad de los vínculos entre educación y trabajo, incorporando en el análisis las articulaciones de distintas dimensiones que intervienen en los procesos de configuración de proyectos. Finalmente, argumentamos que en las egresadas del FinEs2 las representaciones sobre el futuro se vinculaban a un proceso de construcción de un “sí cuidador” en el que la enfermería aparece como una oportunidad de ampliación del horizonte de lo posible. Neste artigo perguntamo-nos como se configura a carreira de enfermagem como um projecto futuro para as mulheres de classe popular que terminaram os seus estudos no âmbito do Plano FinEs2. Em termos metodológicos, retomamos um corpus empírico construído numa investigação desenvolvida em dois bairros populares da cidade de La Plata durante os anos 2013-2020. A partir de uma abordagem etnográfica, analisámos registos de observações dos participantes em diferentes espaços de vizinhança e entrevistas em profundidade com estudantes do sexo feminino. Apoiámos a necessidade de problematizar a linearidade das ligações entre educação e trabalho, incorporando a análise da articulação de diferentes dimensões que medeiam e intervêm nos processos de configuração do projecto.
