description In family civil justice, the conflicts that ex-partners bring to the court are mostly considered domestic, from the sphere of intimacy. However, by being "counted" in that judicial space those conflicts and the narratives that are built on them become public. Of the types of conflicts that are processed there, two arise that are related to conceptions about money, care and affections. The legal figures are, what in the previous Civil and Commercial Code, was denominated "quota of foods" and "regimes of visit". These figures allow money and affection to be taken as keys for analysis in order to explore the meanings and arguments related to the care and upbringing of children that are exposed both by those who recur to justice and by the court officials themselves. Through the analysis of field situations observed in the space of the conciliation hearings (previous stage) of a family court in the Buenos Aires suburbs, I will investigate the boundaries between the dimensions that ideally belong to the public and the private and the uses and meanings that appear in money, care and affections in family conflicts.

En la justicia civil de familia, los conflictos que las ex parejas llevan al juzgado son mayoritariamente considerados del orden doméstico, de la esfera de intimidad. No obstante, al ser “contados” en ese espacio judicial esos conflictos y las narrativas que se construyen sobre estos se tornan públicos. De los tipos de conflictos que se tramitan allí, surgen dos que se relacionan con concepciones acerca del dinero, el cuidado y los afectos. Las figuras legales son, lo que en el anterior Código Civil y Comercial, se denominaba “cuota de alimentos” y “regímenes de visita”. Estas figuras permiten tomar al dinero y los afectos como claves de análisis para explorar los sentidos y argumentos relativos al cuidado y la crianza de los hijos que exponen tanto los recurrentes a la justicia como los propios funcionarios del juzgado. A través del análisis de situaciones de campo observadas en el espacio de las audiencias de conciliación (etapa previa) de un tribunal de familia del conurbano bonaerense, indagaré las fronteras entre las dimensiones que idealmente pertenecen a lo público y a lo privado y los usos y sentidos que aparecen del dinero, el cuidado y los afectos en los conflictos familiares. No direito de família, os conflitos que ex-parceiros trazem para a corte são, em sua maioria, considerados domésticos, a partir da esfera da intimidade. No entanto, ao serem "contados" naquele espaço judicial, esses conflitos e as narrativas construídas sobre eles tornam-se públicos. Dos tipos de conflitos ali processados, dois surgem relacionados a concepções sobre dinheiro, cuidado e afetos. As categorias legais são, o que no anterior Código Civil e Comercial, foi denominado "cota de alimentos" e "regimes de visita". Estas ações permitem analisar as categorias “dinheiro” e “afeto” para explorar os sentidos e argumentos relativos à assistência e educação dos filhos a partir da perspectiva do sistema de justiça, das partes envolvidas nos conflitos e dos próprios funcionários judiciais.
