Sumario:This work describes the management models developed at Los Colorados Provincial Multiple Use Reserve (La Rioja Province, Argentina) between 2005 and 2019. Ten year constant work allowed a self-reflection regarding management, in which crossings of different methods applied to social and cultural problems were addressed in an inclusive and sustainable project of cultural heritage. Considerations are made on the construction of interdisciplinary approaches that contribute to human well-being, and also their link with archaeological heritage during interaction with the community and the environment. The social and cultural aspects that allow understanding the theoretical and practical aspects that contribute to the praxis of heritage management models are taken into account.
