Ten year constant work allowed a self-reflection regarding management, in which crossings of different methods applied to social and cultural problems were addressed in an inclusive and sustainable project of cultural heritage. Considerations are made on the construction of interdisciplinary approaches that contribute to human well-being, and also their link with archaeological heritage during interaction with the community and the environment. The social and cultural aspects that allow understanding the theoretical and practical aspects that contribute to the praxis of heritage management models are taken into account. El trabajo describe los modelos de gestión desarrollados en la localidad Reserva Provincial de Usos Múltiples Los Colorados (provincia La Rioja, Argentina) entre los años 2005 y 2019. El constante trabajo realizado durante más de diez años permitió hacer una autoreflexión respecto de la gestión, en la que se abordaron cruzamientos de diferentes modalidades referidas a la problemática social y cultural, en un proyecto inclusivo y sustentable de patrimonio cultural. Se reflexiona sobre la construcción de los enfoques interdisciplinarios que contribuyen al bienestar humano y, por otra parte, su vinculación con el patrimonio arqueológico durante la interacción con la comunidad y el entorno.
