This article seeks to explore the cultural matrices which framed the institutional agents’, socio-community agents’ and you thunder criminal proceeding in progress around the categories of youth, liability and punishment. For that purpose, they were used depth-interview techniques, and it was analyzed that material from a cultural perspective of the «criminal issue». El transcurso de una década luego de la puesta en marcha de la leyN° 13.298 y su accesoria, la ley No 13.634, que crea el Fuero de Responsabilidad Penal Juvenil en la Provincia de Buenos Aires, es un tiempo considerable que habilita el análisis de la configuración de la trama socio-cultural que estructura el ejercicio de medidas no privativas de libertad en un Centro de Referencia de la Provincia de Buenos Aires entre 2015 y 2016. A indagar las matrices  culturales que enmarcaron los discursos de agentes institucionales, agentes socio-comunitarios y jóvenes bajo un proceso penal en curso en torno a las  categorías de juventud, responsabilidad y castigo se atiene este artículo.
