Thus, in this work we analyze, in detail, each of these qualities that Gregory attributes to the image in chapters IV and V of De hominis opificio. En los capítulos IV y V del tratado De hominis opificio de Gregorio de Nyssa la relación hombre-Dios aparece planteada dentro de un marco de referencia complejo y elocuente: la creación de la humanidad en tanto muestra la potestad regia de que goza el hombre. El hombre se presenta aquí como imagen. Y Gregorio le otorga tres grupos de propiedades: (i) la realeza, libertad, virtud, inmortalidad y justicia; (ii) pureza, impasibilidad, beatitud, alejamiento de todo mal; (iii). Logos, diánoia, agápe.
