Ethnographic fieldwork was carried out in a public pediatric hospital of national reference, as well as at a foundation and a hotel where some of these families stayed during these periods. The article aims to analyze the various actions deployed by these mothers against the disease in terms of tactics that articulate the care process. En este artículo se abordan los itinerarios terapéuticos de niños/as con cáncer en Argentina a partir del análisis de narrativas de sus madres, en el contexto de las migraciones producidas desde el noroeste y noreste argentino hacia la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires con el objeto de acceder a diagnósticos y/o tratamientos médicos no disponibles en sus lugares de origen. La metodología consistió en un trabajo de campo etnográfico desarrollado en un hospital público de pediatría de referencia nacional, así como también, una fundación y un hotel en donde se hospedan algunas de estas familias durante estos períodos. El objetivo del artículo es analizar las diversas acciones desplegadas por los sujetos frente a la enfermedad en términos de tácticas articuladoras del proceso de atención. Este artigo aborda os itinerários terapêuticos de crianças com câncer na Argentina, com base na análise nas narrativas das mães, no contexto das migrações produzidas do noroeste e nordeste da Argentina com direção à Cidade Autônoma de Buenos Aires para acessar diagnósticos e/ou tratamentos médicos não disponíveis em seus locais de origem. A metodologia consistiu em um trabalho de campo etnográfico desenvolvido em um hospital público pediátrico de referência nacional, em uma fundação e em um hotel onde algumas dessas famílias permanecem durante esses períodos.
