The generic ‘translation’ will acquire entire status of new creation and so, consequently, will win a place, by its own right, in the sacred collection as in the antecedents of fruitful genres inside Christendom literary tradition.  Teniendo en cuenta la rápida expansión de la Septuaginta por el espacio de influencia helenístico, intentaremos descubrir de qué modo los tópicos y la terminología de uso común en la literatura apologética griega serán reutilizados en el Libro IV de los Macabeos para explicitar ante la audiencia sus propósitos e intenciones retóricas.
