In this paper we will focus on studying these topics. We will seek to understand the integrity of the legal phenomenon, to clarify the relationship between the divine rules and the Oedipus’ edict, and to analyze the behaviour of the hero in the face of the nomos. Edipo rey presenta principalmente tres ejes jurídicos de estudio: en primer lugar, el problema de la obediencia de Edipo a las normas divinas; en segundo lugar, el edicto que promulga Edipo para averiguar quién es el míasma en Tebas; finalmente, la cuestión acerca de si Edipo, cuando asesinó a Layo, es un transgresor del nómos. En este trabajo nos centraremos en estudiar estos tópicos.
