Finally, the article anlyzes the social effects caused by the populaation relocation proces by which Toba aboriginal owners will occupy effectively the land restored. En este trabajo analizamos el proceso de regularización dominial-reasentamiento poblacional acaecido a partir de la obtención del título de propiedad por parte de los pobladores tobas asentados en el área del interfluvio Teuco-Bermejito (Provincia del Chaco). Primeramente pasamos revista a los hechos que culminaron con la restitución de las tierras a sus primeros ocupantes. Seguidamente reseñamos la compleja situación dominial resultante de la protocolización de tal acto.
