It also enables us to analyze the tactics deployed by asylum seekers and refugees to reverse the stigma of victims. The basic assumption of this article is that everyday institutional treatment received by those who seek refuge can tell us about the contemporary politics of asylum in France. Los refugiados, y de manera general, los inmigrantes se han constituido, en las últimas décadas, en un verdadero problema político en Francia.
