En primer término, se plantean los cambios que han tenido en la actualidad los tipos tradicionales de bibliotecas. En un segundo momento, se enumera un listado provisional de tópicos relacionados con las temáticas de la inclusión que atraviesan e incumben a la totalidad de estas instituciones.
