In the series, the imaginaries of the circus, the radio theater and the Elizabethan comedy are functional to the construction of a passionate, utopian and idealistic journey towards the origin of “Argentineness”. If the HOMELAND is COLD [La Patria Fría], if it is dead, if we cannot find the heat of life going this way, we can think of a journey that takes us through time, AFTER THE AIR [Después del aire], to the end of the rainbow perhaps, to the remoteness of the historical and of those ideals that we could not hold, in order to rebuild ourselves as a society, as an identity group that still dreams of the forms of integration in peace, which is only possible if we succeed in putting ourselves IN THE SERVICE OF THE COMMUNITY [Al servicio de la comunidad] En esta trilogía autodefinida como “argentina” y “amateur”, fuertemente metareflexiva sobre lo nacional y la creación teatral en nuestro país, los imaginarios del circo, del radioteatro y de la comedia isabelina son funcionales a la construcción de un viaje utópico, apasionado e idealista hacia el origen de la argentinidad.
