This article seeks to make visible formal and content similarities between these chapters and Gennade’s De viris illustribus and De dogmatibus ecclesiasticis, as well as contextual conditions that favor the opposition to augustinian soteriology.  Los cuatro capítulos heresiológicos que la tradición manuscrita ha conservado como pertenecientes a Genadio de Marsella a continuación del De haeresibus de Agustín o alternativamente del Indiculus del pseudo-Jerónimo cuentan con evidencia externa e interna a la obra del presbítero en cuestión a favor de tal atribución.
