In this stage, collective action assumes a heterogeneous range of shapes with different levels of institutionalization, disruptive capacity, innovation and violence. We intend to describe and analyze the forms taken on by conflicts between October 2002 and May 2015 in the above mentioned railway system. Our hypothesis postulates the existence of sharp confrontation repertoires that are based on pre-existing cultures claim and the degree and type of power that each actor develops. El sistema ferroviario de pasajeros de la Región Metropolitana de Buenos Aires es objeto de una recurrente conflictividad social que altera la movilidad urbana cotidiana. En este escenario, la acción colectiva asume un heterogéneo abanico de formas con distintos niveles de institucionalización, capacidad disruptiva, innovación y violencia. Nos proponemos describir y analizar los conflictos entre octubre de 2002 y mayo de 2015 en dicho sistema.
