Sumario:This article reviews the presence of Rubén Darío in the poetic work of Eduardo Chirinos, to demonstrate with his example his role as “padre y maestro mágico” along the poets of the last generations in the field of Hispanic lyric. At the same time, it will allow us to reflect on questions of moral depth, which introduce us to the way of reading and reviewing contemporary classics.
