Este trabajo reporta resultados parciales de un proyecto de investigación para promover la vinculación del sistema científico – académico con el sistema empresarial. La población objetivo corresponde al sector empresarial de la ciudad de Presidencia Roque Sáenz Peña, Provincia del Chaco, Argentina. En este estudio se analiza, mediante metodología borrosa, la importancia que los gerentes de pequeñas y medianas empresas y de microempresas conceden a aspectos del desarrollo y de la supervivencia de sus firmas. Se estudian también las incidencias entre los factores que influyen en la supervivencia de una empresa en el mercado y entre los que han contribuido de forma significativa a la mejora de la misma en los últimos años. Las incidencias obtenidas permiten detectar los factores que tienen para la supervivencia y el desarrollo de la empresa mayor influencia sobre otros y evaluar si la importancia asignada por los empresarios a dichos factores se correlaciona con estos resultados. Las matrices se someten a la técnica de recuperación de efectos olvidados, para estudiar su coherencia, mediante un procedimiento novedoso que emplea variables lingÁ¼ísticas. Abstract The new knowledge generation method is interdisciplinary and its effect is related to the contribution to the problem’s solution, in which different social actors interfere. This paper reports partial results of an investigation project made to promote the relation between the scientific-academic and the enterprising system. The population target corresponds to the business sector of Presidencia Roque Saenz Peña city, Chaco, Argentine. In this investigation it is analysed (by using fuzzy methodology) the importance that managers of small and medium firms and micro-firms concede to aspects of the development and the survival of their firms. It studies also the incidences between the factors that influence the survival of a firm in the market and the ones that have contributed, in a meaningful way, to the improvement of that same firm in the last years. The obtained incidences allow detect the factors that have, for the survival and development of the firm, major influence above the others, and evaluate if the importance assigned by the businessmen to those factors is related to these results. The matrixes are submitted to the technique of forgotten effects recuperation in order to study its coherence, by using a new process that employs linguistic variables.
