The division in three levels (abstract right, morality and ethical life) does not mean that ethical life, exposed as the third level, should be understood as what “is to come later”, after abstract right and morality. The ethical life is rather presented as the foundation of law and morality, exposing systematic progress, but at the same time the legitimacy of their origin.  El objetivo central de las siguientes reflexiones radica en aclarar la relevancia de la lógica hegeliana (en especial, de su comprensión de las nociones de “contradicción” y de “antinomia”) respecto de la filosofía práctica; y en particular, respecto de la moralidad, entendida como el segundo momento de la Filosofía del Derecho hegeliana . La escisión en tres grados (derecho abstracto, moralidad y eticidad) de ninguna manera significa que la eticidad, expuesta como tercer grado, deba ser entendida como aquello “que ha de venir más tarde”, luego del derecho abstracto y de la moralidad.
