I claim that at this point of the development of his thought, Kant had already found the main thesis that would later guide the Transcendental Deduction in the Critique of pure Reason: the objective validity of the categories it is to be explained due to the fact, that the categories are conditions of the possibility of experience. I will argue that at this very first period this main Thesis rests also on the reform of the notion of the Object, which will later characterize the point of view of the KrV. Finally, I study the consequences of the given answer concerning the groundwork of the metaphysics. En este trabajo se estudia el primer planteo de la pregunta de Kant por la validez objetiva de las categorías. Este planteo tiene lugar en 1772 y constituye el primer estadio de la historia de la Deducción Trascendental de las categorías. La tesis que se sostiene aquí es que, para ese momento, Kant ya cuenta con una respuesta al problema planteado y que esa respuesta adelanta la tesis fundamental que luego le servirá para justificar la validez objetiva de las categorías en la Crítica de la razón pura (KrV): que la validez objetiva de las categorías se explica porque las categorías son condiciones de posibilidad de la experiencia. Se sostiene al respecto que dicha tesis se alcanza ya en 1772 en base a la reforma de la concepción del objeto, que más tarde caracteriza el punto de vista de la KrV.
