The link between State and businessmen was transcendental for the guidelines of an economic policy based on the financialization of the economy and the speculative circuit, the reorganization of the business leadership and the intervention of companies or their displacement from the new economic scenario. In this line, this work analyzes the different state economic interventions carried out by various governmental and judicial entities on the Cordovan business Group Mackentor between 1976 and 1983. For this, it investigates the articulation between the regulations regarding "economic subversion", state economic interventions on companies, which led to their displacement from the market, and the business inÂterests at stake. La última dictadura cívico militar argentina modificó el aparato estatal y transformó la estructura productiva del país a partir de una configuración legislativa ad hoc con la que legitimó, entre otras cosas, un nuevo modelo de acumulación. El vínculo entre el Estado y los empresarios fue trascendental para el lineaÂmiento de una política económica basada en la financiarización de la economía y el circuito especulativo, el reordenamiento de la cúpula empresaria y la intervención de empresas o su desplazamiento del nuevo escenario económico. En esta línea, este trabajo analiza las distintas intervenciones económicas estatales realizadas por diversos entes gubernamentales y judiciales sobre el Grupo empresarial cordobés Mackentor entre 1976 y 1983.
