In this paper we develop the supermarket’s business policy in relation to the time flexibility, then focus on one of the practices carried out by workers in their everyday work regarding this issue.We will focus on time schedules exchange that workers develop and how these strategies is linked in various ways with the business policies of organizing working hours. In analyzing this issue, we highlight the concept of exchanges in order to think the actions of workers and their relationship with the practices that the company deploys around that mechanism. Este artículo se enmarca en nuestra investigación de Tesis Doctoral, la cual se centra en las experiencias laborales en una empresa multinacional de supermercados ubicada en la ciudad de Rosario. En este escrito desarrollaremos la política empresarial del supermercado en relación con la flexibilización horaria, para luego centrarnos en una de las prácticas de los trabajadores en su cotidianeidad laboral respecto de esta problemática. Nos enfocaremos en las estrategias de intercambio de horarios que llevan adelante y en cómo dichas estrategias se vinculan de diversas formas con las políticas empresariales de organización del horario de trabajo. En el análisis de esta problemática, destacaremos el concepto de transacciones para pensar el accionar de los sujetos y su relación con las prácticas que la empresa despliega en torno al mecanismo de intercambios horarios. Este artigo é parte de nossa pesquisa de Doutorado, que incide sobre as experiências de trabalhadores de uma empresa multinacional de supermercados localizada na cidade de Rosario. Neste trabalho, procuramos explorar a política do setor supermercados em relação à flexibilidade de horários, para então nos concentrarmos em uma das práticas realizadas pelos trabalhadores no seu trabalho diário em relação a este assunto: as estratégias de troca de horários pelos trabalhadores e as várias formas pelas quais essas estratégias se vincula às políticas empresariais de organização do horário de trabalho.
