At first, the main functions of musical aspects employed by referential theatrical directors were identified and the collected data, cross-checked with principles of music pedagogy to allow for the understanding of the interactional phenomenon in the mentioned areas. Subsequently, a practical investigation was developed applying the collected data with groups of actors and musicians. The experimentation provided a better understanding of the scenic-musical interaction through which it was possible to identify mechanisms or indicators considered capable of guiding the development of pedagogic and artistic practices, concerning the relationship between musicality and the scene. El presente trabajo es el resultado de investigaciones de la autora sobre la relación Música-Teatro y sus posibilidades de interacción. Con la intención de suscitar una comprensión del fenómeno interaccional en las áreas citadas, inicialmente fueron identificadas las principales funciones de los aspectos musicales utilizados por directores teatrales referenciales, cruzando estos datos con principios de la pedagogía musical. Luego, se desarrolló una investigación de carácter práctico aplicando las informaciones recogidas en grupos de actores y músicos.
