Arrange, plan, organize were the usual verbs of a political system based on the nullification of the autonomous demands of the civil society. The dictatorial “Revolución Argentina” had a pronounced planning sketch outlined at the very beginning of its existence but with a very partial implementation in the initial years. After the Cordobazo showed that the authoritarian dream was more illusory than real, in the 1970 the bias toward planning deepened. The development plans were conceived as a mechanism for public action of strong techno-bureaucratic content. In this way it could consolidate national capitalism with improvements in the distribution of social and regional wealth, even after an eventual political solution. Los regímenes burocráticos autoritarios de la década de 1960 estaban diseñados según sus inspiradores para resolver los estrangulamientos de las economías de la región. Ordenar, planificar, organizar eran los verbos usuales de un sistema basado en la anulación de las demandas autónomas de la sociedad. Así fue como el régimen de la “Revolución Argentina” tuvo un marcado bosquejo planificador que se esbozó en los comienzos mismos de su existencia pero que se plasmaría muy parcialmente en los años iniciales. En 1970 después del Cordobazo que mostraba que el sueño autoritario era más ilusorio de lo pensado, el sesgo hacia la planificación se acentuó.
