| Sumario: | This paper presents a simple and powerful methodology to facilitate the identification, valuation and analysis of risks on assets of any business, logistics or operations unit. The method places special emphasis on the initial specification of a meta-objective, as well as on the simplification, tabulation and graphical expression of the results on risks matrixes of different levels of detail. Its final section is applied to the case of a port characterized by its high flow of goods, people and vehicles and its presumed high degree of vulnerability to potential adverse events of terrorist nature. |
