To measure the flow delivered by such a pump, an orifice plate measurement system was used, which correlates the pressure drop measured before and after the plate with the amount of fluid. To achieve device calibration, it is necessary to understand the dynamic response of the pressure transducers. Therefore, a pressure measurement and recording system was designed and built, which can also control the pump’s rotation speed. This system includes different preset tests that the user can select and execute autonomously. The recorded values are transmitted via a WiFi protocol to the data storage module, providing the equipment with operational versatility. Las bombas peristálticas son dispositivos que entregan caudal a través de la acción de rodillos que comprimen una tubería flexible interna, resultando un flujo pulsatorio a la salida. Para poder medir el caudal entregado por dicha bomba se utilizó un sistema de medición de tipo placa orificio, el cual relaciona la caída de presión medida antes y después de la placa con la cantidad de fluido. A fin de lograr una calibración del dispositivo, es necesario poder conocer la respuesta dinámica de los transductores de presión, por lo que se diseñó y construyó un sistema de medición y registro de valores de presión, el cual además puede controlar la velocidad de giro de la bomba. Este sistema tiene incorporado diferentes ensayos preseteados que el usuario puede seleccionar y ejecutarse de forma autónoma.
