The first focuses on identifying the objective working conditions, the second on examining the form of collective organization and the last, on analyzing the work experience based on the condition of social moratorium. The article refers to the results of a study that considers that the labor precariousness of the packer job is accepted by young people because they put economic benefits before the exercise of their rights as workers, in many cases having to carry out activities that do not officially form part of their role. El trabajo de empaquetador es una labor desempeñada por jóvenes de entre 18 y 29 años en los supermercados en Chile. En el año 2011 se comenzó a visibilizar la condición de precariedad laboral que configuraba este empleo. El objetivo del artículo es explorar las condiciones laborales de los empaquetadores a partir de tres ejes.
